Shade of the Marionette: The Story of Piyorita

Game overview

Shade of the Marionette: The Story of Piyorita is a story-driven 3D action RPG where players control Piyorita, a doll on a quest to become the Masterpiece. You explore hidden rooms beyond a mirror, absorbing other dolls to enhance your abilities. The order in which you unlock these rooms affects the scenes you encounter and the progression of the story.

Character and setting

Piyorita, the protagonist, is a quiet and calm doll without emotion or memory. She awakens in a place called the White Nest, guided by a familiar voice. This voice directs her to seek out "food" that consists of life forces from other dolls. As Piyorita navigates the rooms, she faces both challenges and potential allies, with other dolls, referred to as "Failures," competing for the voice's approval.
