Second Heart

Game premise and mechanics

Second Heart is a biopunk squad-tactics simulation for PC. In the game, you engineer superhuman agents in your lab, equipping them before sending them on covert missions worldwide. You monitor the outcome of each mission live through the agents’ grafted eyes, which adds a unique perspective to tactical decision-making.

Combat and injury system

The gameplay involves real anatomy and ballistics, meaning that every wound sustained during missions can impact performance and outcomes. This detail emphasizes the importance of strategy, as you need to consider the health and injuries of your agents while planning and executing contracts.
