Pirate treasure hunting

Seashells & Shovels is a single-player, first-person pirate game about searching islands for buried finds. You sail between 12 themed islands, use a metal detector to scan the ground, and dig with a shovel. The islands are open to explore, so you can follow a treasure map or go ashore somewhere that catches your eye.

Tools and searching

Upgrades for your detector, shovel, and drill let you reach deeper treasures. A lantern helps with nighttime searches and digging at the bottom of deep holes. Changing weather and a day-and-night cycle affect the atmosphere as you search and bring discoveries back aboard.
