Screeps: World

Command Your Colony with JavaScript in Screeps: World

In Screeps: World, players step into an open-source MMO RTS that revolutionizes strategy gaming through programming. By using real JavaScript, you'll script the behavior of your creeps, the units you control. This distinct approach attracts programming enthusiasts and challenges them to create efficient and intelligent scripts that govern their colonies in a vast, persistent online world.

Evolve in a Persistent Open World

Screeps: World immerses you in a sandbox environment where your colony operates 24/7. Unlike traditional RTS games, your scripts allow your units to act independently, harvesting resources, building infrastructure, and even engaging in combat while you’re offline. This ongoing strategic interplay means that your ability to code directly impacts your success. You don’t need to be glued to the screen to thrive in this world; a quick check-in is often enough to monitor your colony’s progress.
