三更夜后

Investigation in an ancient city

三更夜后 is a narrative investigation game for PC. Its demo follows a complete day-and-night case in a fictional ancient city, beginning with laborers who haven’t been paid. As you gather information, the wage dispute leads to missing grain, a disappearance, and evidence someone tried to hide.

Clues by day

During the day, you collect rumors, talk with people, and examine records. You have limited actions for choosing what to investigate, so you’ll need to decide which leads to pursue and how to prepare for the night. Account books and witnesses can help build a picture of the case, but the information remains incomplete.
