Slicing fish

Salmon Samurai is a PC arcade slicing game with roguelike card drafting. You play a bear fishing for salmon by cutting fish out of the air with your claws, then sell the catch to cover a bill that rises every three days. Hold the mouse and drag: the bear’s paw follows the cursor, and anything its claw trail crosses gets cut. There’s no button for attacking or separate weapon to aim.

Each cut uses stamina, while swiping through empty air is free. Chain kills into a combo to make later cuts cost less stamina. Rocks also drain the bar when you hit them. That makes each swipe a choice between a broad sweep through a school of fish and repeated cuts on one valuable salmon before it falls back into the river.
