A lethal speedrunning platformer

Rushmark is a PC speedrunning platformer set in an underworld betting circuit. You pilot a neural-linked combat droid through short courses where touching a hazard ends the run. A learned course takes under 30 seconds, and restarting is immediate.

The controls are run, jump, eight-way dash and wall kick. There are no upgrades or moves to unlock; the depth comes from combining those four moves at speed. The dash is your fastest movement and only attack. You get one in the air, and it doesn’t recharge just by waiting. Hitting an enemy with a dash strike refunds it, letting you chain enemies together to cross gaps or keep moving through a course.
