Game premise and objectives

Roverbound is a first-person survival and base-building game set on a cold, nearly lifeless planet. You are stranded with limited oxygen and minimal protection, tasked with gathering resources to build a mobile base that allows you to traverse the desolate landscape. Your primary goal is to construct a carrier, which serves as a mobile home, and expand it into an effective vehicle for survival.

Building your carrier

You start with a basic carrier and can build outward by adding floors, walls, storage, and living spaces. The game includes various components such as batteries, solar panels, heaters, scanners, floodlights, drills, and machines necessary for crafting and research. Managing the size and efficiency of your vehicle is crucial because every additional structure increases mass and machines require power to operate.
