Risky Renovations is a PC house-flipping game with survival hazards. You buy undervalued properties, clean and repair them, make improvements, then sell them for a profit. The properties have been affected by unfortunate circumstances, and whatever took out the previous owner may still be inside.

Cleaning and repairs

You mop messes, remove rubbish and clutter, clean dirty surfaces, and get each property presentable. Renovation work includes painting walls, removing or opening walls, general repairs and maintenance, replacing outdated furniture, and making smaller improvements to a property’s look and feel.
