Ridiculous Racing: Retro Arcade Racer is a racing game for PC that draws inspiration from classic arcade racing titles of the '80s and '90s. Players race against eleven AI opponents while navigating through traffic on various roads. The objective is to reach the finish line as quickly as possible by mastering each course's layout and making effective use of turbo speeds, smoky slides, and ramp jumps.

Game modes and stages

The game features seven distinct stages that include environments like sunset roads, neon skylines, mountain passes, red rock canyons, and rainforest gorges. Each single-player run consists of three stages, and branching routes provide opportunities for replayability. Players can collect coins, chase faster lap times, and aim for a three-star performance on each run.
