RETURN POLICY is a PC night-shift clerk game set in a returns shop. You work five nights before the end of the month, handling customers who arrive one at a time with a box and a story. Open each box, compare the item and receipt with the catalog, then accept or reject the return. A wrong decision comes out of your pay.

There are 60 customers across the five nights. They lie, haggle, offer bribes and try to guilt-trip you. Some get physical when you refuse them. You can hit customers and throw almost anything that isn't nailed down, but attacking the boss or the police is off limits. After each shift, customers review you online, and some come back the next night to argue about your decision.
