Retro Motel Simulator - Xbox One

Motel management

Retro Motel Simulator is a motel management and decorating game set in 1960s roadside America. You start with a small motel on a desert highway, then clean and repair it, prepare rooms for guests, set rental prices, and build up its reputation and profits.

Rooms and renovation

You can repaint faded walls and choose colors, furniture, and decorations for each room. The style draws on mid-century interiors, with pastel walls, chrome furniture, and neon signs. As the property grows, you can expand it and unlock more design options, working toward a five-star motel.
