Retaliate - Xbox One

Retaliate: A New Dawn for Scroll Shooter Fans

Retaliate for the Xbox One breathes fresh life into the classic scrolling shooter genre. With a clever twist on traditional mechanics, players face a unique challenge, no starting ammo. It's not just about blazing through enemies. Instead, using a shield to absorb enemy weaponry becomes your primary means of survival and retaliation. Prepare for a battle where resourcefulness reigns.

Combat Strategies: Shield Up and Absorb

In Retaliate, combat mechanics are both inventive and engaging. Players fend off foes with their shield, which doubles as a weapon absorber. Every defeated enemy drops a different weapon, offering a constant rotation of firepower. Mastering this requires quick reflexes and strategic thinking. Positioning becomes crucial since your shield can also deflect incoming attacks while being a tool for weapon acquisition.
