Game overview

Replacement Heroes is a 2D pixel turn-based JRPG that incorporates dungeon crawler elements. In the game, seven allied villages find themselves without their heroes, and you must lead a team of replacements through complex cave structures to rescue them. You can customize your main character and assemble a squad from a pool of randomly summoned allies, all while engaging in tactical combat.

Combat and character customization

Combat is turn-based, requiring you to exploit enemy weaknesses and utilize a range of playable characters. You can personalize your protagonist's appearance, stats, and starting skills to suit your preferred playstyle, whether that's as a damage dealer, healer, or tank. The game features over 30 distinct playable characters, allowing for various team compositions in each playthrough.
