Renegades

Game premise and objective

Renegades is a turn-based party card battler set in the Kingdom of Valdris, where unsanctioned magic is outlawed. You control a party of five fugitives attempting to navigate a world wherein they are hunted for their very existence. The game focuses on strategic card play and combat, requiring players to manage a team of three characters at a time, each with individual decks.

Combat mechanics

In combat, you utilize three cards from your shared hand and have three actions per turn. Enemy intentions are displayed ahead of time, allowing players to strategize their responses based on the visible threats. Each card resolves upon being played, avoiding hidden rolls or surprise elements that could affect outcomes.
