Recondo

Command Your Rangers in Recondo's Tactical Landscape

Recondo, the eagerly anticipated sequel to the original flash game, immerses players in the gritty world of Vietnam War reconnaissance through a top-down strategy lens. This title is crafted for those who appreciate real-time tactical decisions, focusing on Long Range Reconnaissance Patrol (LRRP) missions that require players to manage and deploy a squad of elite Rangers deep behind enemy lines. The game emphasizes strategies that mirror the complexities of the tactical landscapes found on the infamous Ho Chi Minh trail.

Engage in Realistic Stealth and Tracking Mechanics

Stealth is paramount in Recondo, where players must navigate a jungle teeming with dangers. Active engagement in the environment is critical. Look for crushed foliage and hidden tracks to stay steps ahead of the enemy. Each mission challenges players to choose between a heavy-handed approach or one rooted in stealth and precision. The game's mechanics reward careful observation and planning, honing a critical set of skills required for successful patrolling.
