Court and campaign

热血大唐 is a text-based strategy and character-development game for PC, set in a fictionalized period spanning the end of the Sui dynasty and start of the Tang. You play a young scholar from a poor family who passes the imperial examinations and rises through the ranks by handling government affairs, recruiting officers and developing the state.

Rank and progression

Your rank is represented by an official title. Raising it takes merit, earned through time, upgrading the government hall, handling administrative matters and completing daily activity tasks. Higher ranks unlock officer level caps, building upgrades and activities. Handling affairs in the city government provides merit, recommendation tokens and ingots; affairs replenish every two hours, up to six stored at a time.
