Desktop idle game

PunchMonkey is a PC idle game that runs on your desktop while you work, code or chat. In a Steam-friends lobby, you can see friends’ monkeys and trees in small desktop windows and compare punch counts on a leaderboard.

Punches and bananas

Every keystroke or click makes your monkey punch a tree. The game counts how many times you type and click, but doesn’t read which keys or buttons you use or where your mouse is. It doesn’t store or send that input information. Bananas ripen over time, and a bunch drops after ten hits. The tree keeps growing while you’re away, so you can return to harvest.
