Prop and Seek: The Breach Protocol is a competitive prop hunt for PC, with matches for up to 32 players. You play as a Hunter searching rooms for disguised props, or as a prop trying to stay hidden. Hunters aim to find targets and out-score rival players, while props have to adapt to the object they’re assigned and survive.

Hunting and hiding

Hunters can use a heartbeat scanner to detect disguised props nearby. It takes a few seconds of holding position to pinpoint a concealed target, so scanning means staying still while a prop may be close. Props are selected randomly each round rather than chosen by players, changing which objects they need to hide as from one match to the next.
