Project Nine Tails

Nine Tails across lifetimes

Project Nine Tails is a third-person action game for PC rooted in Chinese mythology. You play the Nine Tails fox spirit, a being sent by heaven across different lifetimes to steer history toward its appointed end. Each chapter puts you in a different historical identity and era, with a mandate from divine powers.

The fox carries the consequences of those lives forward. Souls taken, forms worn and choices made over nine centuries remain with her, even when they were never meant to. The story draws on Fengshen Yanyi and the broader tradition of Chinese fox spirits.
