Pickle Factory

Farm and pickle works

Pickle Factory is a first-person farming, crafting and business sim set in Ogórkowo, a village in Podlasie, eastern Poland. You inherit a farm and the JANUSZEX pickle works from Uncle Henry, along with a radio stuck on disco polo and a 400-zloty debt to Rysiek, who comes to collect on Friday.

You plant, water and harvest cucumbers, then wash them, pack them into jars, add ingredients and seal and pasteurize the batches. Dill, garlic, horseradish, chili, honey and oak leaves are among the additions. You name each product and test whether customers like it. Recipes include Hangover Pickles, Communist-era Pickles and KSeF Pickles, named after Poland’s e-invoice system.
