Gold mining tycoon
PAYDIRT: Gold Mining Tycoon is a PC mining and management game about building a gold mine from a tent and a shovel. You stake a claim beside a creek, sample the ground and start recovering gold by hand. Each load of dirt has to be cleared, carried to the wash and processed before you can sell the gold and spend the proceeds.
Deposits run out, while wages, diesel and maintenance keep costing money. Surveying the ground and planning where to dig are part of deciding how to grow the operation.
