Patients

Night shift at the institution

Patients is a PC horror game about working the night shift at an isolated psychiatric institution. Play alone or in two-player co-op: you’ll care for patients, handle maintenance and other duties, and try to finish your shift while dealing with a building that becomes more unsettling after dark.

Duties and exploration

Each shift sends you through different parts of the institution to complete responsibilities before time runs out. You’ll visit patient rooms, infirmaries, hallways, service areas and restricted sections. Some tasks are simple; others take you into places you’d rather avoid.
