Paradise Court

Building management

Paradise Court is a building-management game for PC where you run a run-down apartment block in Coral Bay, alone or in online co-op with up to three friends. You repair the building, clean it up, find tenants, collect rent and deal with the complaints and problems that come with managing their homes.

Repairs and cleanup

Toilets back up, sinks leak, lights blow out and the boiler can stop working. You pick the right part from a shelf and make repairs by hand. Plumbing depends on timing: miss with the wrench and water sprays out, flooding the floor. Electrical repairs require a steady hand, since a slip can leave you flat on your back.
