Palimpsest: Where Magic Remembers

Third-person action-adventure

Palimpsest: Where Magic Remembers is a third-person action-adventure set on islands floating above an endless sea of cloud. You play as Aren, who wakes on a forgotten island with no memory. In Ysmere, magic is ordinary, a ringed planet hangs over the horizon at eternal dusk, and the Gilded Seven have ruled for nine hundred years.

Aren can sense magic left in old places. These traces, called Imprints, let you enter memories of the past and learn how great magic was done. There are no experience points: your power comes from the places you visit and the memories you take. Each Imprint you collect stays with you.
