Ostfriesland Games

Five East Frisian events

Ostfriesland Games is a PC collection of five timing and skill events based on East Frisian sports and customs. You vault across ditches with a long pole, bowl along roads, race a sled across the mudflats, peel shrimp and serve tea.

Timing and multitasking

Each event has its own demands. Ditch vaulting is about timing your leap; in road bowling, you roll a ball down the road and deal with obstacles. Mudflat sled racing asks you to keep moving, change lanes and manage stamina. Shrimp peeling tests quick reactions, while the tea ceremony has you serve Kluntje rock sugar, tea and cream in the right order and keep track of waiting guests.
