Catching and raising pets

ORUNKA is a PC pet-catching game set on Moruah, an island where you throw a snare at small beasts, tame them and fight alongside them. You can raise 48 kinds of pets, each with a temperament such as gentle, timid, curious or fierce. Catching one as a level-1 baby preserves its natural growth, and an appraiser can read its bloodline. Petting and fighting together builds your bond.

Some pets appear only at certain times and places. Day, night, rain and thunderstorms change the island, and rare shiny colors can turn up. You can craft an obsidian snare to try catching especially hard-to-find pets.
