A company of three Heroes

Only One Hero is a single-player dark fantasy roguelite autobattler for PC. You lead three Heroes and a company of mortal Soldiers through increasingly dangerous encounters, building an army for battles that play out in real time without direct control. Your job is to prepare the company, choose where to spend its resources, and deal with the losses.

The game’s central rule is that after each major act, you must execute your strongest Hero. You adapt your build around the survivors until only one Hero remains. Even a victory can leave the company weaker, and the Hero who carried you through an act might be the one you have to give up.
