Old Friend

A Joyous VR Celebration in Old Friend

In Old Friend, players step into a vibrant, animated world where dance reigns supreme. Created by visionary Tyler Hurd, this VR music video pairs seamlessly with the upbeat track “Old Friend” by the band Future Islands. The combination of catchy music and interactive animation allows players to lose themselves in an atmosphere filled with joy and rhythm.

Dance and Absurdity Within a Colorful Realm

Unfolding as a wonderfully quirky experience, Old Friend invites players to embrace their cartoon avatar and join a communal celebration of movement. Unlike traditional rhythm games, there are no fail states here, only freedom to express oneself. This adds a layer of fun, where spontaneity and silliness take center stage. You'll find yourself bouncing along as the whimsical aesthetics amplify the visual delight.
