Not Alive Enough

Game premise and objective

Not Alive Enough is a PC game that combines survival and decision-making elements. Players take on the role of a checkpoint inspector amid an outbreak of infection. Your primary task is to assess a continuous influx of refugees, identifying those who may be infected before they can cross the checkpoint and potentially spread the outbreak.

Inspection mechanics

In this game, each refugee presents a unique challenge. You must closely inspect each new arrival for signs of infection. Symptoms can vary in visibility, meaning you need to be vigilant and trust your instincts when deciding who can pass through safely. Making a wrong decision can have dire consequences, affecting not just the individuals at the checkpoint but also those beyond it.
