No Slackers in My Sect is a PC sect management game set in a cultivation world. You recruit disciples, build up a settlement and assign people to its work, from tending spirit fields and mining ore to running an alchemy workshop and guarding the gates. Disciples have different talents and spiritual roots, so you need to match people to jobs while deciding who deserves extra attention.

The sect starts with only a handful of members and limited supplies. As it grows, you develop its industries and send disciples to outposts beyond the walls to bring resources home. The goal is to keep daily work going while preparing the sect and its people for attacks.
