No Asteroids

Mining the asteroid

No Asteroids is a single-player PC mining game about stopping a 5,000,000 m³ asteroid from hitting Earth in 90 days. You play a miner who takes the contract without asking for payment, planning to make the asteroid pay for itself. Each day, you fly down to the rock and dig while your air lasts. A counter tracks how many cubic metres remain; at first it barely changes, but later your ship can help break down the asteroid faster.

Tools and weapons

You start with a pickaxe and use the ore you sell back on the ship to buy bigger tools and guns. The tool progression ends with a swarm of small homing missiles. As the asteroid breaks apart, large pieces float away, and you can ride them.
