Nightfreight

Flesh-Engineered Strategy Awaits in Nightfreight

In Nightfreight, a single-player roguelite auto-battler on PC, you'll navigate the murky depths of genetic engineering and power at a cost. As a flesh-engineer aboard a freight line dominated by a rogue AI known as the Conductor, you must draft vat-grown mutants and decide how much of your squad's integrity you're willing to sacrifice for greater power. Strategy and sacrifice intertwine as you prepare for each battle.

Mutant Drafting and Squad Formation Mechanics

At each station, engage in thoughtful drafting from a rotating shop of mutant units. Gather powerful allies while placing subtle importance on the corruption mechanic that affects each squad member. Pay for augments in flesh, a harrowing choice that can amplify abilities but risks pushing your units too far. Arrange your squad strategically on an 4×8 grid before you hit DEPART to signal readiness for combat.
