A mercenary team in a dungeon
Mystery Mercs is a PC turn-based dungeon game about four hired mercenaries caught up in a mysterious adventure. You accept quests, guide Mal, Alice, Genndy, and Terra through a procedurally generated dungeon, and fight monsters. Mal is a sturdy knight, Alice a cunning elf mage, Genndy a powerful wizard, and Terra an agile ranger.
Turn-based combat
Battles are about choosing moves, not quick reflexes. Each mercenary has strengths and weaknesses to account for, and pushing one too hard can leave them fatigued. Learning enemy behaviors helps you plan your moves and avoid being caught off guard.
