Mykyta Pylypovych and the antikythera of the steppe

Ukrainian text adventure

Mykyta Pylypovych and the antikythera of the steppe is a PC text adventure about Mykyta Pylypovych, a PhD whose inner voice guides him through trouble. You write advice to Mykyta in natural language or use parser commands, as in Zork or a MUD, to help him handle dangers including a hungry raven, dangerous women, and the Russian secret service.

Language and commands

Mykyta's responses and the descriptions are in Ukrainian, so you’ll need to translate them. You can give advice in virtually any language using a large language model, either one your computer can run or an online service. The game also offers a subscription to an online LLM. Alternatively, parser commands work without a subscription, but those commands are in Ukrainian.
