무명기록부(Mumyeonggjrokbu)

Korean urban fantasy visual novel

무명기록부(Mumyeonggjrokbu) is a PC visual novel that reworks Korean folklore and ghost stories into a modern containment narrative. You investigate occult spaces in a contemporary city, collect scattered information, and use it to reason out the identity and nature of contained entities.

Investigation and containment

You organize your findings and use powers sealed in a dokkaebi mask to stop containment breaches and return the escaped entities to confinement. The game’s central loop combines gathering clues, piecing them together, and responding to an escape.
