Build a monastery

Monasterium is a medieval monastery-building and management game for PC. You start with an empty plot and shape it into a working community, placing buildings such as chapels, dormitories, kitchens, infirmaries, gardens and workshops. There’s no rigid building grid, and you can resize structures and arrange the land to suit your layout.

The monastery depends on its monks to give each place a purpose. They have skills, needs and quirks, so you assign work, keep them fed and try to match jobs to their talents. Brother Bernard is good at brewing but poor at gardening; Sister Matilda illuminates manuscripts but has a taste for extra porridge. Things can go wrong, from failed crops to a monk getting stuck in the brewery.
