Micro Grid: Racing Team Manager

Team management on PC

Micro Grid: Racing Team Manager is a PC racing team management game about running a team through the decisions made before and during races. You manage drivers and staff, develop the car, handle sponsor targets and try to earn promotion through three championships. The chairman expects results, while your lead driver can press for a new contract.

Race strategy

Races are simulated lap by lap using power, drag, downforce, grip, tire wear and fuel. From the pit wall, you choose starting tires and pit windows, set each driver's pace and fuel mix, and issue orders to attack, hold position or bring the car home. You can watch the race live and adjust the plan as conditions change.
