Metabolis (C64/Spectrum)

Surreal Retro Adventure Awaits in Metabolis

Metabolis is a retro platformer that first graced the gaming world in 1985, developed by the talented team at Gremlin Graphics. Originally available on platforms like the Commodore 64 and ZX Spectrum, this remastered version invites players to revisit a bizarre universe where the boundaries between reality and the surreal are blurred. With both classic versions included, nostalgia and new experiences await.

The Bizarre World of Kremins and Transformation

As a player, you’re thrown into a chaotic storyline where friends and family are not just taken but metamorphosed into lesser beings, like birds and mice, by the invading Kremins. Unfortunately, your transformation leaves you in a precarious situation: a bird's body with a human's mind. This peculiar twist puts you in the role of humanity's last hope, tasked with navigating an odd world and overcoming the unimaginable.
