MERIDIAN

Transform Your Fitness Journey with MERIDIAN

MERIDIAN is a fitness VR experience designed to enhance your physical well-being through engaging movement. Set in a virtual environment, it targets the fascia, connective tissue that plays a crucial role in overall body fluidity. In this VR setting, players are invited to follow guided routines that focus on fluidity while enjoying their own music, making each session both productive and enjoyable.

Engage Your Body with Targeted Warm-Ups

Players can dive into a variety of warm-up routines that emphasize simple yet effective movements. This game aims to teach users how to utilize their fascia during exercise, helping to cultivate a deeper understanding of body mechanics. The routines are accessible to all skill levels, allowing newcomers and veterans alike to engage safely and effectively. A particularly interesting suggestion involves using small dumbbells, adding an extra layer of challenge when you’re ready for it.
