Connective Tissue Focus in MERIDIAN

MERIDIAN invites players into an innovative fitness VR experience that emphasizes the body's fascia, or connective tissue. This aspect of anatomy often goes unnoticed, yet it's vital for fluid movement. Through this game, players can engage with simple routines that demonstrate how fascia is utilized in everyday actions. Embrace a new level of movement awareness as you run through the world of MERIDIAN, where fitness meets exploration.

Interactive Warm-Up Routines

At the heart of MERIDIAN are warm-up routines designed for all skill levels. Players can follow along with movements that engage various muscle chains, making workouts accessible and safe. The routines stress simplicity, focus on flowing through the movements rather than perfection. Each action is framed to teach players how their body functions, reinforcing the connection between physical activity and overall well-being.
