Masquerada: Songs and Shadows

Unraveling the Mystery of Masked Deception

Masquerada: Songs and Shadows invites players into a world of political intrigue, magic, and deception set against the vibrant backdrop of a Venetian-inspired city. As a fully voiced pause-for-tactics RPG, it challenges you to navigate the complex relationships and power dynamics among the Masquerada and the Contadani amidst a tumultuous civil war. Engage in tactical combat where each move counts and uncover the dark secrets that threaten the fragile balance of power.

A City Torn Apart by Conflict

The narrative unfolds in the Citte della Ombre, a place where religion takes a backseat to the songs that define one's legacy. The Mascherines, magical masks that bestow elemental powers, further fuel the disparities between the elite guildsmen and the struggling lower classes. The ongoing conflict reaches a boiling point when Contadani rebels make daring attempts to steal these masks, escalating tensions and mistrust among all factions involved.
