Game premise and genre

Maid Mech: Backpack TD is a strategy game that combines modular backpack management with grid-based tower defense mechanics. Set during a crisis where the Earth Allied Defense Front is struggling against waves of aberrant creatures, players control a squad of maid-type combat androids known as mecha. Your objective is to establish defensive lines around the city using modules acquired after each enemy wave, giving time for the Global Urban Defense Grid to become fully operational.

Combat and mechanics

In this game, players face waves of mutated foes while strategically deploying units on a 14×7 battlefield grid. After each wave, you gain functional modules of varying shapes that can be assembled to create layered defenses. The deployed mecha units will automatically engage enemies that advance along specific paths, allowing for real-time action throughout the encounter.
