Magnet Salvage: Road to Orbit

Salvaging on Red Mesa

Magnet Salvage: Road to Orbit is a mouse-driven salvage game about a freight courier stranded on the red-sand world Red Mesa. To earn money for ship repairs, you move a leased electromagnet over the dunes and pull buried scrap from the ground. Washers, nuts, bolts, gears, chains and heavy machine parts all get dragged into the magnet’s field with blue-white sparks.

The magnet’s battery determines how long and how strongly it can pull. It works quickly when fully charged, then weakens as the battery drains, so choosing where to dig before the power runs out matters. Six dig zones lead into deeper layers with more expensive metal.
