Magenta Horizon - Neverending Harvest

Soar Through Purgatory in Magenta Horizon

In Magenta Horizon - Neverending Harvest, players take on the role of Gretel, a reaper navigating a vividly surreal purgatory. Developed by Maddison Baek, this 2D action platformer blends intense combat with a rich visual style resembling a living prog-rock album cover. A demo of Act 1 highlights the game's fast-paced nature, allowing players to carry over their progress to the main adventure.

Dynamic Combat Options Await

From the onset, players encounter a fully unlocked melee system, enabling them to engage in expressive, intricate combat. Mastery unfolds as Gretel learns various combos and playstyles at her own rhythm. The game's risk-reward mechanic encourages aggressive gameplay, encouraging players to juggle enemies, exploit environmental hazards, and continuously push for higher style points. With a goal of achieving the coveted Triple S rank, players will find combat as rewarding as it is challenging.
