Life of Lynne

A family story in 1963

Life of Lynne is an episodic visual novel for PC about growing up in a large American family. Episode One follows Lynne from age three, when money is tight and the family house is full of people calling for help, borrowing toys, and waiting for their turn. As Lynne gets older, she learns that knowing someone well doesn’t mean knowing what they’re carrying. She also sometimes sees things she has no ordinary way of knowing.

Rooms and family routines

You walk through a cutaway view of the family home, visiting rooms and approaching relatives and the things they’re occupied with. In Lynne’s free time, you can join in, follow her curiosity, or stay with someone who needs company. The story also visits Aunt Evelyn’s farm, where family moments grow out of everyday tasks and disagreements.
