Leeway

Age-of-sail trading sim

Leeway is a PC trading sim set in the age of sail. You sail between ports to trade, managing a ship whose handling changes with its cargo.

Sailing and cargo

Wind affects your route, so you have to tack into it. A fuller hold makes the ship more sluggish and more prone to swamping. Sailing and cargo capacity are linked: taking on more goods also makes the trip harder to manage.
