First-person combat racing

Lead Foot is a first-person combat racer for PC where you drive and shoot at the same time. You aim out of the side window or fire through your windshield while steering through a race, trying to reach the finish ahead of rivals who shoot back. A shot can take out a driver, remove a tire, or damage an engine or fuel tank. You can also smash through roadblocks rather than simply follow a clear route.

Weapons and car damage

The game has seven guns: a compact pistol, an automatic pistol, a magnum, a shotgun, a double-barrel sawn-off, a submachine gun and a flare gun. The magnum can take a wheel off with one shot, while the flare gun sets cars on fire. You reload as the car bucks over ruts, and shooting through your own windshield breaks the glass and lets the wind in. Damaged cars can burn, and the game includes an announcer who calls out the countdown, headshots and wrecks.
