Late For Class: Variety King Has You Racing to School

In Late For Class: Variety King, players find themselves in a whimsical, yet perilous world where mastering various movement mechanics is key to reaching school on time. This challenging game draws inspiration from classic punishing titles, combining different mechanics into a single, frenetic experience. Expect to fall often, but each mishap is just another step toward mastering the trio of 2D and 3D jumping that dominates gameplay.

Master a Diverse Arsenal of Movement Mechanics

As you navigate the bizarre landscapes, you'll encounter nine distinct movement mechanics that require skill and timing. From flapping like a bird to thrilling surfing sequences, each mechanic presents unique challenges. Successful climbs are built on your ability to transition seamlessly between these techniques, with no checkpoints to soften the blows of failure. Falling from higher platforms can be particularly punishing, sending you back to the beginning, while lower drops provide temporary recoveries.
