Lament of Kyoto: Prologue

Feudal Japan action roguelike

Lament of Kyoto: Prologue is a free PC action roguelike set in feudal Japan, where you fight waves of yokai. It draws inspiration from Vampire Survivors and Holocure. Along the way, you encounter unlikely allies and find secrets and hidden locations.

Combat and upgrades

You fight with weapons and upgrade them by combining Esper Powers with lingering yokai energy. The prologue includes its first weapon set and upgrades, along with passive upgrades that give you more power. Minibosses and event waves are part of the Haunted Manor map.
